Some friends and I were discussing yesterday, the sometimes, overuse of big 3d graphics for sports. I remembered a spot that Brand New School made about 5 years ago now, that was hand drawn, motion tracked, cartoon style. It was pretty original for its time, I know that look is a bit played out now (like spray paint drips and deer heads) but, none the less. Cool sports motion graphics without 3d.
