Greyscale Gorilla

For those Cinema4D and After Effects users out there (if you already don’t know) allow me to introduce you to GreyScaleGorilla. A longtime friend of GraphicsMafia, Nick has been posting some valuable tutorials. Great for beginners and intermediate users.
This is also a good time to ask, would you readers be more interested in seeing tutorial/resource posts or in seeing whatever cool inspiring sports related graphics I come across?

My vote would be to keep up the eye candy. Tutorials are easy to find but I am not always interested in or have the time to search around other peoples sites. I like coming here to see what other people are doing in sports graphics.

Actually I must disagree with Garus in only a small part, regarding tutorials being easy to find.
After Effects tutorials, yes. They are a dime-a-dozen.
Cinema4D tutorials SPECIFIC to broadcast design and animation however… No.
Tvgrafx.com, Hypa.tv and GSG are the only 3 I’ve found that are of any quality.
(at least for free, and with semi-regular updates, etc.)
My suggestion Brian, would be that since you have separate RSS feeds for Content and Comments, maybe another RSS feed could be created soley for tutorials and tutorial links.
I believe that would be a great compromise for those of us who love both.
…just an idea:)
Keep up the great work Brian!

Thanks for the feedback guys. I agree that inspirational eye candy is important and that will always be key to Graphics Mafia. But I do think that learning (however independently motivated you are) is crucial to becoming better at creating sports graphics.

Thanks again Brian and keep up the great work!
